Dear Christ Church,
After four and a half years of wholeheartedly serving on our Christ Church staff as Director of Children’s Ministry, I’m sad to share that Terrice Tinsley, and her husband Richard, have prayerfully discerned a call from the Lord to new places of ministry. In the next few weeks, the Tinsley’s will be moving to the Woodlands area where Terrice will lead a growing children’s ministry for HopePointe Anglican.
This occasion is one that causes both grief and joy. Terrice has served our church and loved our children so well. Through gospel-infused care and curriculum, she has helped them discover God’s world, his Word, and His great love for them. And who will ever forget her creative Covid-era videos, with sidekick Django, to disciple our children (and all of us!) through trying times. We will greatly miss Terrice and her expressions of pastoral care and love for our children, as well as Mothers of Little Ones (MOLO).
As we are sad to say goodbye, we also “rejoice with those who rejoice,” knowing Terrice is following the Lord’s calling. We wholeheartedly bless Terrice and her call to continued care and ministry to children who are such a valuable part of every church community.
Terrice, thank you for your faithful and fruitful years of service at Christ Church and for loving our children so well!
