We have two staff positions open that we need to fill in order to move our mission forward; Director of Student Ministries and Communications Manager. You can read all about them here, apply, or forward the link to someone you think might be a good fit.
Our Director of Student Ministries will lead our efforts to make disciples of the next generation during one of the most tender and formative years of life (ages 12-23). I gave my life to Jesus at age 12 and stepped into campus ministry at the age of 23. In between I had several mentors, youth workers, and campus ministers who were vital to my growth in Christ. I can’t imagine what might have become of me without them. We want to see the hearts of our students captured by Jesus, and help them to truly grow from the inside out, not just have the right answers. And we want to do this in a way that not only engages the mind, but also ignites the heart and sends them out to love and serve the world. This is a full-time role.
Our Communications Manager plays a key role in our organizational alignment, culture-shaping, and information sharing.. They will help us remain consistent and clear on who we are, what we are doing, and how every single one of us can participate in our mission. How we communicate (both what we see and what we read) is perhaps as important as what we communicate. This is a part-time role.
