A. Small Group Ministry (70%)

There is a history of thriving small groups at Christ Church. In fact, we frequently tell our congregation that if they do anything else beyond Sunday worship, they should join a small group. This is a vital part of creating a warm and hospitable community and carrying the pulse of the church.

Through good leadership, Small Groups connect people in authentic communities where they grow, learn, and mature in Christ. New people are connected to the life of Christ Church and existing members/attenders are continuing to take next steps in their faith.

Small group leaders are becoming shepherds who care for the needs of their small group, who invite new members in and then help raise up and develop new leaders from among their small group.
