New Regathering Opportunities

Rev. Cliff WarnerCliffNotes, Communications, Coronavirus

Dear Christ Church,

We have good news for kids, and for the whole parish, for that matter!

As we attempt to navigate the realities of how to be the church in our pandemic world, we realize that our Sunday worship health protocols make it difficult for some to participate (even as they make it possible for some immunocompromised people to participate safely).

All ages welcomed! One protocol we have made the decision to relax is the minimum age for children. Beginning November 1st, children of all ages will be invited to participate with their families in our Sunday morning worship services. Please note: there will be no childcare, and all ages will still need to be registered.

All Saints Outdoor Worship. In addition to opening up weekly worship, next Sunday evening, November 1st at 5pm we will have an outdoor worship night—a chance to be together, and for whole families and groups of friends to be able to worship the Lord together. This will be a service of about an hour with songs, prayers, and Holy Communion on the west side of the property, masked and distanced. There will be no registration required, but we will all check in, and do quick temperature checks upon entry. Bring your own chairs and a cup for communion!

P.S. Have you signed up for our Prayer Vigil next weekend? On our knees together . . . this is where we can unite as the church, lifting one voice for the sake of God’s kingdom and the hope of the world.
