Dear Christ Church,
Property Update! Because exciting plans with our property are accelerating, we are increasing the frequency of our updates. Please make every effort to join us this Sunday for a parish meeting at 10am where we will present the design overview that we believe maximizes our budget to achieve our design values of beauty, welcome, utility, and blessing. We have a great team working on this! At our last meeting we took a look back to review progress; at this meeting we will look forward with both plans and dreams.
Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner. Whether you are new to our parish or have attended since the beginning, take advantage of this great opportunity to get to know some fellow Christ Church-ers in a more intimate environment! You’ll gather on Saturday, July 9th at someone’s home with about 8 people to visit, eat together, laugh and enjoy our church community. Sign up by Monday, July 4th to participate as either a host or a guest. Hosts provide their homes and organize who brings what for dinner. Guests bring the food. For more information, contact Marlene Leih. To sign up for this fun evening, please complete the form on the Christ Church website.

Lastly, check out these short clips by James K. A. Smith on our diocesan website. They are wonderful little treatments on Anglicanism, spiritual formation, liturgy and mission. He is the author of the best book I read in 2014, How (Not) to Be Secular.
