According to John Donne, 17th century Anglican priest and poet, “Reason is our soul’s left hand, faith her right.” As Christians we don’t have to be left or right-handed; we can truly live ambidextrous lives, rejecting the false dichotomy that pits faith and reason against each other.
Are you a skeptic, but curious about the Christian faith?
Are you a follower of Christ who struggles with doubt and the reasonableness of the Christian faith?
Are you a follower of Christ who wants to better understand and engage your friends who are skeptical about Christianity?
Join us this Sunday at 11am in our church offices to begin a six-week class on “Faith and Reason,” with Dr. Steve Dilley, professor of philosophy at St. Edward’s University. And bring a friend who’s asking some hard questions!
